These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 92pak7 ("92pak7", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 92pak7.vip. This Agreement governs all access to and use of the 92pak7 platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, customer support interactions, and any other services provided through the platform.

All accounts involved in a duplicate account violation will be suspended, all balances reviewed, and all bonuses forfeited.

92pak7 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme consistent with international anti-money laundering ("AML") standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your account lifecycle:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits
• Source of funds documentation in cases of high-value transactions

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in restrictions being placed on your account, including suspension of withdrawal rights.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 92pak7 account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

92pak7 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK interbank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your 92pak7 wallet instantly or within a short processing window depending on your chosen payment method.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and may trigger an account review.

All balances, bets, wins, and transactions on 92pak7 are denominated in PKR. 92pak7 does not apply currency conversion fees on its end; however, players are responsible for any charges levied by their own bank or mobile money provider.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a 92pak7 transaction without first contacting 92pak7 support constitutes a breach of this Agreement. 92pak7 reserves the right to suspend your account and recover any funds subject to a fraudulent chargeback claim.

92pak7 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket-season promotional boosts. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer is subject to a minimum wagering requirement ("playthrough requirement") that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is disclosed with each offer.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Any bonus balance not used within the validity window will expire automatically and be removed from your account.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of system errors to obtain promotional credits — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances and potential account suspension.
• Only one promotional offer may be active on an account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.

The following general rules govern all sports betting activity on 92pak7. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately within the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked and cannot be changed.
• 92pak7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement ("past posting"), where incorrect odds were published due to a technical or human error, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip interface before confirmation.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at 92pak7's discretion, including during significant match events. Bets submitted during a suspension window will not be accepted.
• Where an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum play time required for the market to be settled, all bets on the affected market will be voided and stakes returned, unless market-specific rules state otherwise.

• Registering more than one player account, or assisting another person to register an account in your name or on your behalf.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the 92pak7 platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain credits, bonuses, or winnings that would not otherwise be due.
• Conducting arbitrage betting or hedging strategies designed specifically to abuse promotional terms.

• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pak7 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 92pak7 platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary gambling activity on the platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk that you accept by placing bets.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond 92pak7's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• The conduct of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other third-party service providers integrated with the 92pak7 platform.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials as required under Section 4 of this Agreement.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, 92pak7's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 92pak7 account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the player account at any time.

You may close your 92pak7 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

92pak7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, where:

• The player has materially breached any provision of this Agreement.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime is suspected or confirmed.
• The account fails to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory or legal risk to 92pak7.
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.

Where termination is initiated by 92pak7 for reasons other than misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player following completion of standard verification procedures.

92pak7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 92pak7 will provide advance notice to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the revised terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be published at 92pak7.vip/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which 92pak7 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
